Green City Partnership
The CLEO Green City Partnership provides opportunities for cities and their residents to learn about energy efficiency in their homes and businesses. Through participation in various community events and hosting no-cost energy efficiency seminars, the CLEO reaches out to residents and educate them on no- or low-cost energy saving tips and information on utility programs that help them save energy, money, and the environment.

CLEO encourages customers to save energy by offering energy saving incentives such as CFL bulbs and LED night lights. Each seminar attendee receives a free lunch coupon and is entered into a drawing for home appliances such as fans, microwaves, rice cookers and refrigerators.

The CLEO Program is funded by California utility customers and administered by Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas Company (The Gas Company®) under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission, through a contract awarded to Global Energy Services, Inc.
