CLEO provides energy efficiency outreach to the community by providing FREE Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Spanish and Indian language energy saving seminars. These seminars discuss simple energy efficiency strategies and provide information on Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas Company’s residential rebates and income-qualified programs.

CLEO encourages customers to save energy by offering energy saving incentives such as CFL bulbs and LED night lights. Each seminar attendee receives a free lunch coupon and is entered into a drawing for home appliances such as fans, microwaves, rice cookers and refrigerators.
